excellent location friendly staff super clean room
The location was excellent near the heineken experience and vondelpark. the reception staff were super friendly. They helped arrange a taxi to the airport at a better rate. i also appreciated the lift access to the super clean room. It made settling in easier.
My room lacked facilities for making hot drinks. There was no kettle in the room or lounge.

The reception staff was efficient and friendly. They readily assisted with arranging transport. they promptly called a taxi for me at a set rate, cheaper than standard airport taxis and ensured i got a good deal.

A lift provided easy access to upper floors, which i found very convenient. the reception area included a microwave, fridge, tables, and chairs . a hotel cat was present in the reception area. It was friendly and relaxed.
